Thursday, April 9, 2009. For those who don't know, Austin is my youngest brother and when he stepped out of boot camp he was a new man! Have you ever seen a group of men be so in step? This is Austin marching with his platoon into the graduation ceremony. They did a lot of marching which wasn't exactly Austins favorite part. (he is the first man on the middle row). I don't think Austin has ever been so excited to see his family! Lara getting the first hug). Its not easy carrying the world on your back.

Friday, March 30, 2007. Running, running, running! We are busy lately. I will try to catch up in the next couple of days but in a nutshell we (Grandma, Katy and I) went to visit Laura for Wednesday and Thursday and now we have a busy weekend planned. I'm starting to think this 'working hard' is hard work. Sitter med det sista på tentan. förhoppningsvis blir jag klar idag så jag får en ledig helg! Nu är köket klart iaf. men gissa om jag fick en överraskning när jag kom in. Istället för den grå väggen vi hade bestämt, fick vi en vit! A guy from my school today got busted by the FBI on accounts of accessing, distributing and possessing child porn. As well as sexual acts with a minor. My school is small, therefore I know who he is. I haven't actually talked to him (that I can remember), but apparently he was my sister's boyfriend's younger sister's youth leader. Would the school get the same recognition if it was U of C?
