Wednesday, March 18, 2009. My first weigh-in went pretty well. When I've done Weight Watchers in the past, I'd lose at least 5 lbs during the first week. This time it was only 3.6 lbs. I'm a tad bit disappointed, but there are some other factors that may or may not have contributed. I'll just keep it up and see what happens next week!
