Sorry this has been so long coming; the [lack of] internet that we had (via brians phone acting as a hotspot) made it virtually impossible for me to upload pictures so i waited until we got back to utah. we have been here for almost 3 weeks now, and we still have no real internet. and no pictures. I got an incomparable education at Columbia, lived in an amazing apartment in the heart of Midtown, made wonderful friends, and worked my bootie off for clients in Brooklyn. I now am able to let my creativity flow and create different drinks. Hot chocolate being one of my favorite, but it has to be just right. Creamy and well mixed. This Fall. I came up a my fav. For now. Not an exact science, but it will suffice. Christmas in a Cup. 2 cups of organic milk. About a 1/4 of whipping cream, or some creamer.
