Thursday, December 19, 2013. Teacher Gifts From the Heart. Little K has some amazing teachers this year. Note: she also has a particularly difficult teacher this year that makes me appreciate the others all that much more). We don't usually give Teachers gifts at the Holidays - but this year was an exception. When I came across this quote: "Great Teachers teach from the Heart, Not from the Book". I knew it was a perfect way to express how we feel. The quote is printed on fabric - using Freezer Paper.

Thursday, November 21, 2013. Torn Strip Fabric Wreath. I'm currently editing pictures from the Cream and White Party we hosted last weekend and will be posting all about it soon. Monday, April 21, 2014. Felt Pinwheel Hair Clips. I think Pinwheels are one of the easiest and cutest ways to add a little Spring embellishment. I have used them on Cards, as Outdoor decoration and as Cupcake Toppers. Read more about this Birthday Celebration here. Thursday, January 22, 2015. Hoop Art Wall Hanging. I was looking for a craft idea that would help teach simple sewing skills. Several of my mom friends (and their girls) have expressed an interest in leaning how to hand sew. I thought this pretty little framed fabric art piece would be the perfect project. Monday, January 26, 2009. Labor Day weekend Sept 2008. What a special weekend. Jen and Kurt came to Utah to bless KJ and we all attended his sealing at the Salt Lake Temple. What a wonderful day. Saturday was the sealing and Sunday the blessing at Shane and Kim's ward. Then Monday we went to the Phillips (Kim's parents) cabin. They are so great about sharing the cabin with us!
