Friday, October 31, 2014. Dani bought matching Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy costumes. Liam decided that he didn't want to be Raggedy Andy - he wanted to be Spiderman! Monday, June 30, 2014. We spent a warm Friday evening at the water park in Wilsonville for dinner and some fun. The kids spent nearly the entire time in a big water fight. One of the ward members became a soaked target when his wife told the kids to shoot him. The kids walk all around the water feature and often find little friends to involve in their games. Wednesday, May 06, 2015. The second port was Malta. Because of Jared's responsibilities with both payroll and the celebration event, there was a lot of work that had to be done for much of the morning and afternoon, so we didn't get out to Malta until almost 4. Sunday, May 03, 2015. The Rome Highlights Tour was the official start to the Precoa Escapes Super Trip. There was a small army of us guiding hundreds of people on foot through Rome. Monday, April 27, 2015. Adventures with Uncle Andrew. The weather cooperated perfectly (as it has been all spring) for a visit to the Tulip Festival. Liam and Andrew tried on the big wooden shoes. It was a beautiful, clear day for the tulip festival, and Mount Hood could clearly be seen in the distance. It was nearing the end of the festival, which meant the tulips were big and open and somewhat overgrown, but they were still beautiful! Saturday, January 31, 2015. Dani gave me a ski trip for Christmas this year! While she felt a little underwhelmed because it's not the first time it has been given as a gift, I was super pumped! Saturday, April 26, 2014. The first activity for "The Scout" was the annual pinewood derby! One of the men in the ward invited the boys over to build the cars in his garage using his tools (lucky for Jared - otherwise, Jacob's car may have been a solid block). Grandpa got to help, too! Jacob designed the car and helped sand it nice and smooth. He was very excited to paint his car bright colors. He ended up getting 2nd in a couple other races. A proud cub scout!
