Our Surface grinding section encompasses a huge range of plant from the largest machine on our premises, a Lumsden 93 ML with a 48 inch magnetic chuck, to an Abwood grinder with a 9-24 inch chuck. Our never ending search for the most cost effective use of men and machines has led us to design our Lumsden section around two semi automatic machines which can be operated by one man.
