It probably wasn't important anyway: The New Guy
http://brainhurt.blogspot.com/2007/11/new-guy.html
It probably wasn't important anyway. Monday, November 12, 2007. Sooooooo, I haven't posted here in a long time. There's not too much going on right now. I survived the recent fires. Won't affect my gig, luckily, because we don't have union writers. Along those lines, however, we're between shows right now, so I'm not working anyway. I just have to play video games all day. It's a rough life. I also have time to play with my NEW CAT! Here are some pictures and movies of the little guy:. 30 Days of Night.

It probably wasn't important anyway. Friday, February 27, 2004. Home on the range. Home on the range. There's a conversation that just seems to keep popping up lately: what is masculinity? What has progress done to these notions of gender normality? The consensus, I believe, has been this: gender progress has produced more masculine women and more feminine men. It seems like we've opened doors for men to be more feminine and women to be more masculine with the mindset that we must. Why did I say the movi...

It probably wasn't important anyway. Tuesday, June 26, 2007. I just finished watching Michael Moore's new one, Sicko. And it's his best to date. I say this respecting the man's viewpoint but rarely how he presents that viewpoint. He's a one-sided spotlight-seeker, and his films are typically the weaker because of it. Watch it and be outraged. It probably wasn't important anyway. Friday, February 06, 2004. A small digression from, let's say, reality. A small digression from, let's say, reality. I just finished watching Takashi Miike's first Dead or Alive. Movie Now, after the opening sequence- a barely coherrent pastiche of violent images cut like MTV had a coke addiction- I didn't exactly know what to expect from the rest of the movie. The rest turned out to be a typical Cops vs. Yakuza vs. Triad shoot 'em up story.in form. Links to this post.

It probably wasn't important anyway. Saturday, January 31, 2004. Does it rock, or does it RAWK? Does it rock, or does it RAWK? Quick note: I've been in a rawk mood for the past few days. I'm listening to some Metallica (the Black Album and Master of Puppets specifically), and I just spent an afternoon listening to Appetite for Destruction on a loop. I've got AC/DC all lined up next, but I'm looking for more. Suggestions? Shoot me a note. Posted by Drew @ 4:43 PM. Links to this post. One person aptly desc...
