She is 10 weeks old and I am just getting around to introducing her on my blog, but she shouldn't feel bad, I am not a very good blogger these days. Saturday, April 18, 2009. Jonas's 1st Birthday, 1st Easter and April Snow. It is crazy snowing here since yesterday, we have over a foot here and in the foothills there is over 3 feet! It was such a mild winter and April has ended up being our snowiest month. Needless to say, we need the moisture, but I am so OVER IT! Friday, November 7, 2008. Matt and I really enjoyed sharing Halloween with Jonas this year-and I know it will get more fun the older he gets. Having kids really does bring out the kid in you around the holidays! I dressed Jonas up as a little lion since he has lots of lions in his room.so, yes, it is because I like lions! Wednesday, February 4, 2009. San Diego Wild Animal Park. I had never been to the Wild Animal Park (an annex of the famous San Diego zoo), so on New Year's Day, we went! It was awesome and very spacious. The weather was PERFECT (70s and sunny, oh right, that's every day in San Diego! And we had a great time. Some lovely tourists took our picture by the sign, which I'm pretty sure every visitor takes their picture with. This elephant was so great! Hello Mr. Giraffe! Too bad you are not real!

Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Well, posting pictures really isn't as easy as it seems. I have a hard time getting them to line up with words, and even to stay in the post at all! We'll be going up to Monterey to his mom's for Thanksgiving, so this is our one fall Florida trip this year. Monday, May 12, 2008. I'm Moving to California! Yep, that's my big news right now! B got his orders for Camp Pendleton, north of San Diego, so we're headed to California in July! I am so excited to be close to my family and friends, and back in sunny SoCal too! I am going to miss DC terribly- I have wonderful friends here and I just love living here, but the Lord has given me peace that my time here is nearly finished and I'm ready for the new adventure that San Diego will bring!
