World War 2 Diary Entries. Burgh Y6 – 2011/2012. Evacuation Posters 2012 →. I can’t believe it’s over the war! I was 10 years old when it started now I’m 16, its so hard to believe. We had a huge party on our street not everybody was partying because their friends died in the war, I don’t blame them. But the wars over! And apparently thousands of people have been on our street.
