Önce yağla şeker derin bir kapta köpük haline getirilene kadar iyice yoğurulur, un ve irmik az az ilave edilerek yoğurarak hamur elde edilir. Hazırlanan hamur bir tezgahta daire şeklinde kıvırılır.
