Bukka White Lives Here. Thursday, May 31, 2007. On June 15, 1957, a new gold and white 1957 Plymouth Belvedere Sport Coupe was buried in a time capsule in downtown Tulsa, OK. The time capsule was part of Golden Jubilee Week: Tulsa's celebration of Oklahoma's semi-centennial. The car is buried under the sidewalk in front of the Tulsa County Courthouse, approximately 100 feet north of the intersection of Sixth Street and Denver Avenue. " - www.buriedcar.com. This absolutely facinates me for two reasons:.

Same to you buddy. And get off my porch. Sunday, December 18, 2005. Can you hear me Major Tom? Nahum, if you see this, we are to meet at kLogs place monday at 8:30am. Also, a question: Can Jesus microwave a burrito so hot, that not even he can eat it? Posted by zLog at 8:45 PM. Thursday, December 15, 2005. So, right now I am voluntarily having a cup of Lipton tea. Its brewing even as we speak. Why do I subject myself to this abomination, you ask? Posted by zLog at 11:56 PM. Monday, December 12, 2005.

An Astronomer In Hollywood: June 2007
http://hollywoodastronomer.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
An Astronomer In Hollywood. There are stars and there are stars. I try to love them all. From Sirius and Betelgeuse to Nicole Kidman and Johnny Depp. There's a formula that implies that the closer one gets to stars on the ground (Hollywood), the fewer stars one can see in the sky (I counted two on my last trip). Well, I attempt to find a balance between the heavenly and the mundane! It's tough being an astronomer in Hollywood. Monday, June 18, 2007. American Quilt Part 7- The Parting. Oh yes. it is.

I even bought a pair of REAL golf shorts! Birdieville is a very happy place and brings great joy! 8220;Good Miss” – This is what we say when we&#...In the mi...

My 1970 Standard Beetle Diary: Tulsarama!
http://kimsbug.blogspot.com/2007/06/tulsarama.html
My 1970 Standard Beetle Diary. Monday, June 18, 2007. We're still working on the Beetle, but also taking time out to experience all the fun things that go on in our area. One of our local events that made national news and apparently of international interest was our Tulsarama. Fifty years ago, Tulsa had a Tulsarama where the people buried a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere. This past weekend was the unearthing and unveiling. Sadly the car was simply ruined. Then they threw a great party! Steve wants to get all t...
