Thursday, January 2, 2014. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE! I can't believe it is 2014. I don't know where 2013 went. We have had some pretty cold weather. Lately. It has been a long time since we have had weather like this. It has only been above 32'. 2 days in the last 2 weeks. And now it is suppose to get -20 real temp tonight. Sunday, July 5, 2015. First day on our trip to Alaska, 2015. We went to church this morning, Pastor gave us a blessing for our trip, we left the farm at 10:25 am. We drove to Champlain, SD, found a motel and got something for supper, then relaxed in our room. We drove over 400 miles, not bad for just a part of a day. Hope to make more miles tomorrow. Wednesday, December 7, 2011. 15 Month Old Cutie Pie. That's right, little Gia is 15 months old! I can't believe it.seems like only yesterday little Angelo was 15 months old, now it's Gia. She had her check up the other day and she weighs 28.5 lbs and is 33 inches long. The 98th and 99th percentiles. She is two pounds heavier than her brother was at this age and we thought he was a chunk! Gia will eat ANYTHING! In fact her favorites are chili, spaghetti and pizza.things her brother has never touched!

Thursday, September 18, 2014. Well, I didn't get anything posted on Wed. but we did go to Lake Kego, got some crappies, sunfish, blue gills and a bass. Jay got to clean fish again. He's getting faster at it. Today we just fished at Little Boy Lake, went looking for northern, I got one and Jay got 3, and he also got a bass. We have really enjoyed this resort. Nice cabin and area. The lake took a while to figure out, but it worked better today. Jay got to clean fish again, he knows the fish house quite well.

Monday, September 30, 2013. Today we made a day trip going to Quoddy Head Light House in Lubec, Maine. It is the Easternmost. Light house in the U.S. This is the Head Harbour Light House in New Brunswick, Canada. We crossed the border and did some sight seeing there. Ate our lunch at a quaint little restaurant there also. Thursday, July 16, 2015. Made it to Homerer. We left Kathy's this morning and headed to Homer, after our stop at Cabela's, Jay got his fishing supplies that he wanted. We drove through sun and showers. Got down to the Homer spit, was so. Busy down that way, unbelievable. We ate at a restaurant called Happy Face, we had eaten there. July 17, 2015 at 4:48 PM. Friday, May 31, 2013. Well, one would never know we had drought last summer, when we had less than an inch of rain from the 8th of April till late in August.
