Burnett Net (dot) Net. The web home of writer Garrett Burnett. GB, circa 1984. Garrett Burnett grew up in a little town near Salt Lake City where he spent a good deal of time jumping fences and poking at things with sticks. He received a bachelor's and a master's degree in English from Utah State University. He wrote and illustrated a volume of poems, inspired by his lifelong friend Quinn Lavender, which he published as Heavy Lifting for Space Cats. He also wrote The Extraordinary Crumplebumpit.

I had written The Extraordinary Crumplebumpit and then let the thing rest for a good long time. The Boston Marathon is geek heaven for runners, and I hope to return, but with my family.
