Welcome to the Burnhope Village Colliery Banner Website. The purpose of this website is to record the mining heritage of Burnhope and the creation of the newest colliery banner. The banner project was initially funded by the Burnhope Rally. The site has sections covering the collieries of Burnhope, the Durham Gala and the Lodge Banners.
