Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Jack's birthday was one crazy-exhausting event! Doing a friend party, or. Doing a family party. Both in one day are a little overwhleming. Well, he doesn't really play soccer, he more just trash talks to the other team and uses his sweet ninja/karate moves to intimate them from across the field. I am happy to say that I have decided to start again. I have felt so overwhlemingly blessed lately as I awaken each day to these beautiful children and wonderful husband who fill my life with true JOY! And so, even if I am the only who reads this one day down the road, at least I will remember the gladness and privilege it is to call myself a mom.

Monday, April 22, 2013. Can you believe Rexy is five? He was so excited about ninjago legos even though it doesn't look like it. He requested a black cake. The kids poop was a little scary after that! We put up the trampoline for his birthday. He absolutely loved it. The following Saturday we had his birthday at the trampoline park with cousins and friends. A little crazy, but a lot of fun. Some of the birthday crew (Tristan, Rylin, Lucy, Lina, Jaida, Rex and Tommy). Beautiful, silly Lina.

Sunday, December 30, 2012. This Christmas season was long and a lot of fun! We went downtown a few times to see the Grand America hotel windows and the Church History museum. Look at those happy faces. We also saw the lights and stayed overnight downtown. You can tell they are thrilled to be at the museum. Here is Sophie practicing for a conference talk. We went to the Forgotten Carols with James and Andrea and kids and SalliJune and her littles and attempted a cousin picture on the stairs.

The 4 CRAZY A's. Monday, October 19, 2009. Here are some pictures of Ash's first dance performance. There wasn't much dancing to be had, but lots of good laughs. I videoed him doing it in class today and was amazed at how he could do the whole thing! His next performance is on Wednesday at a care center, so we will see if he has figured out to watch his teacher instead of wander around and look off the edge of the stage! At least he stayed out there and didn't cry, right? It could have been worse I guess!
