Sunday, 20 March 2011. 20/03/2011 - Map Downloads. I enabled the "vegitation" plugin so that long grass (wild grass) would grow, but then because it was making the server use too much RAM, I disabled it. The grass is still there. You can now download the Town world save. If you really want, you can download the last temporary map save. Or even the "underground experiment" save. I'm currently trying out this cool Minecraft map renderer. If anyone wants to make a "map" of the town save, that would be great!

You can only build somewhere in or near the town which has been "approved" by me or an admin. I know this is annoying but it helps keep things organized and looking good. You can build anything you like near the border of the map. To find the border just keep walking away from the town. Just because you cannot see the town from where you are, does not. Mean you are far enough away. Use fire to remove leaves. Swearing, abuse etc. is allowed until someone asks you to stop,. Mess with other peoples creations.

The server costs around £30 a month to run, and is currently being paid for half by me, and half by donators. If you donate at least £3 a month. Or £30 in one go. You will be given "Councillor" status. Added bonuses for Councillors:. Sethome and /home commands to get home quickly. Can kick and ban other players (Although burntcustard must. Can send "mail" to other players on the server. A free diamond block every month. More of a say over what happens on the server. Disclaimer* I am not. Bye Bye Town :(.
