Spicy Turkey and Rice. 2 c chicken broth. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce. 14 1/2 ozs stewed tomatoes. 2 c long-grain white rice, cooked. 1 c frozen green peas, thawed. 2 c turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed. 2 tsp Citrus Juice. 1/4 cup Citrus Juice. 3 tbl Rice Vinegar.
