Chris, Kayli, and Carter. Good Times In 2012. Thursday, March 31, 2011. CARTER IS BECOMING A "BIG BOY". So the other day I tried to put Carter down for a nap, and he was very angry about this idea. I left the room and a few minutes later I hear a huge thud, followed by a pitter patter of feet, and a door opening. I was like "what the crap? I opened my bedroom door and there was Carter, pants off and blankets in hand. He not only learned to opened doors, but figured out how to climb out of his crib!

Chris, Kayli, and Carter. Good Times In 2012. Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Carter had two birthday celebrations this year! We celebrated the weekend before with Chris' family while they were in town, and then had a little party on his actual birthday. With the Burton fam we got him a "Blues Clues" cake and took his favorite pizza to the pool, where we ate dinner and swam and enjoyed the hot tub together. It was lots of fun! Chris and I got him a Magnadoodle for his birthday. He loves it! What a fun birthday!

We pack alot of swimming into our year here in Phoenix, and it's always fun to have friends come over to join us! In photo: Heather,Alisha, Kristen,and Mindy) The kids have a blast not only in the pool, but playing some hide n' seek in the bushes. Us moms have a fun time chatting it up and getting some sun.
