Ok I had to take a second look at this after hearing about this on the radio this morning on the way in. According to KTVU Toll booth cameras record about 300,000 driver violations every month, with some 3,000 chronic cheaters. One driver was shown to have cheated tolls a total of 637 times. I cannot believe this!
