On the road again after a pleasant month at King Ash Bay, taking it slow and steady up the Nathan River Road, to Roper Hwy, then on to Darwin. Our plan is to return in July when it's cooler! And checkout Barn Hill a station stay. $15 per person per night, un. Powered site. At least they had running water a reasonable toilets and showers if required. We got lucky with a camp site over looking the beach heading north. Just along the beach there are some neat rock formations the highlight of the station stay. No big fish though. Took the Tablelands Hwy, with a short cut on the Ranken Road to the Barkly Hwy. The Ranken Road in resonable condition the last 30k's hard rock country.
