Becoming a foster family: Good news at last!!!!
http://becomingafosterfamily.blogspot.com/2009/03/good-news-at-last.html
Becoming a foster family. Sunday, 29 March 2009. Good news at last! I finally met with the social workers of the two girls last Friday. It was amazing. They came here talking about not being able to find a family who could manage both of the girls together due to their individual needs and issues within their relationship. They left an hour an a half later promising to send further information and to confirm within 3 weeks that they would be placing both children with me! 30 March 2009 at 01:29.

Becoming a foster family: March 2008
http://becomingafosterfamily.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Becoming a foster family. Wednesday, 26 March 2008. I've just had the return call about one of the girls I had enquired about. They are looking for a couple, and any children in the family must be several years older. I wondered if this was the case. It makes me so sad to think what this little girl must have been through in the short time she was with her birth family. My heart goes out to her and all the other children who have suffered/are suffering from abuse of any kind. Links to this post.
