Monthly Archives: June 2014. Why is it so hard? June 13, 2014. We all get so busy in our daily lives that eating right is definitely not one of my strengths. I eat whats easy and convenient which is usually fast food and I’m pretty much caffeine junkie. Tea, soda, and coffee are my bffs 🙂. So the hundreds of crunches I do aren’t making a difference when I indulge in burgers, pizza, and soda. Are you like me and when you go to the grocery store feel lost on what to buy? June 6, 2014. As I posted before we can all agree that there’s not enough hours in the day. Making time to workout can definitely be challenging, which has been the case for me lately. However, something is better than nothing! A 20-30 minute at home work out will burn more calories than just sitting around thinking how you wish you had time to go to the gym. 25 side lunges (each leg). 25 glute kicks (per leg). 25 band bicep curls (each arm). 25 donkey kicks (each leg). 25 band lateral raises (each arm).

Not enough hours in the day…. May 31, 2014. I’m not one of those women that loved being pregnant. I highly disliked it. And yes the miracle of life, growing a human being within you is amazing but seeing myself get bigger and bigger wasn’t. With both pregnancies I gained about 50-55 lbs. Yikes!
