I'm a personal trainer by day, not sure if you've read that anywhere on here or not. lol Being such I have come across many clients that have had weight loss surgery and none of them have kept it off. Obviously because they didn't get the help, they merely had surgery and were let off on their own. That is just not an option. You have to change your habits. Is dedicated to you succeeding.
