When I wasn’t doing yoga I was teaching rich honeymooners to dive – but not many of them, as Mexico was in the midst of the Swine Flu tourist-draught. In May, the year before that, I was teaching diving in the Philippines. The year before that, I had only recently arrived. We told him we had been to Lombok and it was lovely, but we hadn’t seen any chest hair.
