Saturday, January 30, 2010. Back in May 2009 I started a life style change. I talked with my doctor and questioned my weight. I was only eating 1500 cal. working. Out hard and not eating after 5 in the evening. To no luck I wasn't getting any smaller. I went on the You Food plan. I loved it. I lost weight nicely. I started having problem with chest pain.
