BSBAGU was organized in 1991 to give northern California domestic well owners and farmers who are totally dependent on groundwater a representative voice in the state water planning process (where only agencies and associations have a place at the table). The Department of Water Resources opinion that our groundwater is a neglected, under-utilized resource will lead to increasing use of our water for beneficial use in other areas of the State.
