Monday, August 25, 2014. A lazy day at the horse race track. So people from work had decided to go to the horse race track to spend some time just to watch race horses go at it. I have honestly never been to one and I was pretty excited as race horses has always been a very good subject for photography. I packed my stuff early that day for the event. I packed my Canon 6D. Thursday, November 6, 2014. Fall go pro shots. Aerial shots from within the neighborhood. Went to a neighborhood in Illinois a couple of weeks ago and I luckily brought my quadcopter with me. With the installed go pro in it I flew it over the neighborhood. With fall setting in, paired with good sunset lighting, I captured these 2 photos just by hovering around a couple of hundred feet form where I was standing. Same place with a different view. Friday, February 28, 2014. Door County Coastal Byway Kiosk project. My photo in the upcoming Door County Coastal Byway Kiosk. Last June I wrote in this blog about taking a plane tour in Door County Wi. and some people from the Door County Coastal byway contacted me about one of my photos to be used for their upcoming kiosk project for the tourist info area. It is a great honor for one of my photos to be used in things like this. I cannot wait to go there and see how the photo was used. Top view of the G15.

Saturday, June 15, 2013. Up in the air with The Grizz in Door County WI. A week ago we went up to Door County Wisconsin. It is a beautiful place famous for its cherry. Cherry pies, cherry soda, cherry jam, you name it they have it. It's a place excellent for relaxing, where the towns are close together, and there is a port in almost every town you visit as it is a beautiful peninsula. One of the beautiful islands in the lake. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Sunset shots by the dock at Egg Harbor Marina. As always, Egg harbor in Door county Wisconsin is a great place to take sunset photos. During this trip I always had my Canon G15 with me all the time. It's a nice little camera that can shoot raw, has excellent dynamic range, and pretty much has dslr features without the bulk. Saturday, December 13, 2014. Morton Arboretum Illumination Experience. One of the light shows in the garden. In Lisle Illinois has the Illumination. Event during the holidays. They feature holiday lights on the entire path walk of the garden. It is a delight to see the lights from start to finish. The lights change colors when you hug the tree. Same thing with this. Thursday, September 26, 2013. This years first visit to Crabtree Nature center. One of the pretty creatures at Crabtree nature center. This years first visit to Crabtree Nature center was great. We went there when the weather was great. The only this was, there were not too many birds as we went there around noon, and birds usually hide out to keep out of the heat and come hunting later on in the afternoon. One of my favorite dragonfly photos. A similar shot I did that won a Brookfield Zoo award last year.

Sunday, December 21, 2014. The Chicago Botanic Garden Wonderland Express. The mini Chicago display. The 2014 Chicago Botanic Garden Wonderland Express is going on right now till January 4 2015. It showcases model trains going around a model of downtown Chicago and parts of Evanston and Glencoe Illinois. The houses in Chicago. The famous Bell tower at Chicago Botanic Garden. Lighthouse on Lake Michigan. The 4th Presbyterian Church. One of the little penguins you find at the exhibit. One of the trains.
