Un soufflé de espinacas es una opción mucho mas saludable que un puré con mucha mantequilla o cualquier acompañante frito, y mucho mejor que unos aburridos vegetales al grill. Deja que la carne tenga un acompañamiento repleto de sabor y volumen, sin remordimientos. Pues entonces, una pechuga a la parrilla. El problema viene con los acompañamientos. Siempre vienen o con un puré, papas fritas o arroz. Nada bueno, para esos rollitos amigos de los jeans. 1-2 dientes de ajo.
