Jess and Jonny in Shanghai. Saturday, February 4, 2012. Korea: Finally, A Pension! When planning our trip to Korea, we wanted something off the beaten path. And we found it - in Mr Jung's pension. Mr Jung, our hotelier/driver/tour guide had built a 4 bedroom inn next to his house in the hills of Hwagae. From the kitchen, there was a window that looked out into the backyard. In that backyard were a number of covered earthenware pots. The beans were formed into loaves and fermented on racks.
