Junk In My Trunk. MY JOURNEY TO LOSING MY FAT ASS. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. 3 Goals for the week:. Drink water and drink a hella lot! My water intake has been lacking. As dumb as this sounds I think the water bottles I've been bringing to work have a lot to do with it. I brought a different bottle today in hopes that it makes a difference. Ride my bike 28 miles. We rode 7 miles on our bikes last night. It was HARD, but I did it. My goal is to do that 3 more times this week. Don't eat unnecessary snacks.

For the base, I used one of those sandwich wraps. I heated it slightly first in a frying pan just to get it crispy then I added all the fixins'. I wanted to beat the heat, but mostly I wanted to get my ass back to exercising. I walked about 4 miles and did a little geocaching. I'm thinking about asking my friends on Facebook. This is huge coming from the girl who refused to ever eat any vegetable her entire life. I, of course love it with butter and garlic salt, so that kind of takes away some of the awesome nutritional value, but oh well. Have you ever looked up how asparagus is grown? Go ahead.go do it! It's kind of creepy. They look like fingers growing up out of the ground. I got over it quickly though.
