On the Pacific Coast, we like to eat clam chowder. One of the famous brands for this delectable treat is Ivar's Seafood restaurant. Their chowder is thick and creamy and delicious. PS I used 'seafood' stock if you can find it. Only one of three grocers I visited carried it. Love clam that soup! I might just have to make me some :).

The temps have been creeping closer to 80 and the air seems a bit fresher (don't get me wrong - AQI is still off the charts compared to the accepted norms in the States.). Wednesday, January 9, 2013. The land of the Kiwi. While completing our city errands, we spent a night at Shakespear Regional Park just north of Auckland. The Green Machine at one of our free "campsites" on the Surfer's Highway. We arrived in Auckland in the mid-afternoon on Sunday the 16. A view just outside of Raglan. Just above Raglan Beach. Sunday, May 27, 2012. Our last week in India has been a busy one. Our to-do list has slowly been growing smaller and it feels great to check each item off. A big one was going to the dentist! On Sunday, we hit the pool deck at 7:30 am and found it to be a great time to swim. Wednesday, April 17, 2013. This morning I took the remote to the air purifier and tried to turn Lucy off from growing. She thought this was hilarious.
