Thursday, April 7, 2011. I will be introducing the song “Behold the Lamb” by Sovereign Grace to my church on Easter Morning during our Resurrection Celebration. I just learned it a few days ago and already it has had a great impact on my life. The song directs our attention to the crucifixion and the pain that Christ endured for us, but praise God “the cross stands empty now, and He is risen! Silent before His accusers. As thorns are pressed into His brow. They lift Him up. Oh see the spikes that hold Him.

Before I started taking Slim I was almost 280 Lb. and a size 40 waist. I am now 255 Lb. and am now fitting back into my size 38 waist clothes. Some of those ones are even getting loose! The biggest advantage though is the fact that I have a TON more energy! I am continuing to become more healthy and lose weight and inches!

This is the site of a small yet pivotal battle in the war for Independence. There is a trail which we hiked and a small waterfall where we were able to enjoy each others company in while taking in the beauty of God's nature! I was totally surprised!
