They’re great fun to make with kids, too. Have fun! Happy Holidays from the crew at Surfsound Byron Bay. 4 egg whites (preferably fresh, room temperature). 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (should be somewhat fresh, purchased within the year). 1-1/3 cups baker’s sugar (fine). 1 tsp grated lemon zest (can be orange zest) or 1/4 tsp vanilla.
