Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Everyone loves a fair, especially when knights and castles are involved. Last weekend we went to a medieval faire at the Burg Satzvey, about an hour away from Bonn. It was complete with a real castle, jugglers, princesses, knights to the rescue and boars head armor. Wednesday, January 31, 2007. Goin' to the zoo, zoo, zoo. I took the boys to the Sacramento Zoo this afternoon. We had a good time. Tuesday, October 31, 2006. The workers arrived this morning to tear the cedar shakes off the side of our house and begin wrapping it with insulation and wire. Wednesday, May 31, 2006. We went to see Markos Moulitsas of DailyKos at Tower Books in Sacramento last night for the last leg of his book signing tour for Crashing the Gate. It was fun to see him. Here in Davis, which was refurbished by someone from Sacramento who has a few restaurants there. It is in a building that used to be the City Hall before they built a new one.
