Welcome to FoodLady.com. WW Tools and Info. My Weight Watcher Journey. Ok so who is this Food Lady person? Actually I'm Bob, yes the secret is out, foodlady is a guy. I saw the domain available when I was looking for one to keep WW stuff on and decided that was ok. Just started this today 01/07/2011, so I'll be adding more soon. Ok so it's the 10th. Where was I? I started into weight watchers thinking that the meetings were going to just be rah rah sessions. I WAS WRONG! It really does make it easier.

Some of these I had in the old Points program and have updated. I occasionally update things when I find that a formula doesn't work correctly. I've just done that for the online PointsPlus calculator. It was a tiny change but did make a difference. Still in test but appears correct). A little about my WW journey.
