I am so thankful that the summer of 2009 we found out we were going to be parents. Wouldn't change a thing. Jace brings such joy to our life! My father-in-law, Scott aced his CNA written test today and received a new job at the hospital this week as well. We couldn't be more excited for the direction of his new career and that he is enjoying it so much! Its been amazing to see God work lately in and around me! I am also proud of my husband, Jeremy. Each year he amazes me more and more! Have faith in God's timing this season!

What advice do women always ask you for? The next day while strolling the isles of our local. Small-mart I picked up a Fitness magazine and found the article she had referred too, and believe me it works! After a 10-day-discouraging-plateau the last 2 mornings I have seen negatives on the scale! Take some advice today.

Hefner Fitness, LLC. Sunday, June 19, 2011. Happy Father's (Dad's) Day. Anyone can be a father but it takes someone special to be a dad. Jeremy took such great care of me. Jace came into the world March 22, 2010 and Jeremy was officially known as Daddy. I remember looking at Jeremy the first time we met Jace and we both had big tears of joy in our eyes. Since that day I have enjoyed watching Jeremy with Jace. Jeremy even changed Jace's very first diaper all by himself! I was one proud Momma from day one!
