The format was simply too small and the amount of detail within the design didn't reflect the minimalist aesthetic that I had used for the design of the rest of the promotional material. Monday, 26 April 2010. By far this module has brought to light a realism of the design process, working within the real world beyond the studio. Tuesday, 19 April 2011. Creative Spark: Day 7. Today I started the day finishing off the poster designs for "Simple" for the Royal afternoon tea. After yesterday suggesting how the range of the brief could be extended onto further decorative elements in the bar he decided to take on my proposal and asked me to produce some DL menu inserts. Sunday, 20 December 2009. Having completed the Silent Movie brief, the next brief is looking at creating a piece of video. Either a title sequence for a proposed television programme or a series of 5 television idents for a promotion of a season of films. Having watched these many a times by being a TV person and a lover of idents, I have just been watching " AD of the Decade. Sunday, 13 December 2009. Saturday, 12 December 2009. Monday, 27 September 2010. After deliberating about what the hell I wanted to call my website I finally settled on a suitable domain name:. I think its original, I intend now on obtaining some web space and hopefully have the site up and running by the end of the week, with the help of some of my friends. I intend on apply a simple layout to begin with possibly using Indexhibit, Heather has some experience using it and she has a very simple and easy to use site. Business Cards and Identity.

Sunday, 26 September 2010. I chose based upon the statement of intent that I had proposed three brief that fitted the criteria. The first 'All Aboard Records' will be a brief dedicated to identity design and its application to a wide variety of different media. As a live brief I should also get some informative feedback about the work that I produce. As I am to select four I have chosen to complete a competition brief, possibly from the D&AD whom will release the next set of briefs at the end of october.
