While at Artic, Annie suggested that we take a trip out to Tokeland, which is a "town" on a little finger sticking down into the Willapa Bay. What we found when we did so was the Bayshore RV Park. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Happy Trails with Dora - Dead Horse. We camped for two weeks at the most wonderful hiking place for dogs. There are trails everywhere. The name of the park is Dead Horse Ranch. But don't worry: there were lots of horses there but they were all alive and healthy. Thursday, January 29, 2015. And walking. And walking. Technically the Palm Canyon trail is only about 1.5 miles each way. Make that two miles each way when adding the extra from the RV campground to the trail head. Coupled with the daily dog-walking, my FitBit got really excited. That was my best day since I first put it on my arm on November 30th. Desert varnish: the red and black colors in the rock are caused by a micro-organism. Cat's claw and honey mesquite along the trail. A young palm amid the rocks.

It was much more purple last night, looked pretty freaking cool, actually, but thismorning I wanted to take a shower, get more of that nasty petroleum jelly off my neck, and out of my hair etc, and as soon as I turned on the water, color started pouring out again. Monday, December 17, 2007. Not feeling so hot. I really haven't been able to draw or paint since the accident, it kinda sent me into shock. I'm a little behind on Tiff's commission. Wednesday, July 29, 2009. She is undeniably cute and has gorgeous markings- that true black and virtually no points on her. She was extremely good on the 7 hour drive back home and of course to no surprise Ash LOVES her. As Kim said- I won't have any problems with sex drive in that boy! She is very confidant yet cautious with other dogs and we are working on my older girl accepting her right now. I can only hope for harmony and then it's back to shows for me! More photos to come! Sunday, January 21, 2018. I flew up to Medford on January 12th to be with my mom during and after her knee-replacement surgery. I had googled and checked Facebook. And found that indeed there was a Second Annual Women's March scheduled locally. I haven't seen an official headcount, but there were A LOT of people! I was so impressed and so happy to see the support for women's rights and for equality for ALL. We started gathering about 10:30 in Hawthorne Park. Good sign, dude. Melania was also in attendance.
