C Sir 搞一個籃球訓練場，大家想知道一個夢想如何變成現實誕生嗎﹖. 寫文之時正值豬流感時期，自從籃總發律師信告我之後，我自己也感到很意興欄柵，因為當你明白一個行業並沒有什麼公平公正的時候，自己就會沮喪。 然而對於自己能夠找到一個訓練的地方，我自己也一直在重覆地問自己是否有這個需要，或者有沒有這個必要。 當自己有了女兒，快又有另一位兒子的時候，家庭負擔就越加大，自己仍然去尋夢，是否叫做自私呢﹖這些問題一直在心中不斷交織。 其實希望自己能有一個私人的訓練場，一則是希望能夠有一種方便，使自己的訓練能夠如期安排，二則是希望訓練中能夠更好的累積經驗，研究更多的技術，這是自己的興趣，也是為何自己喜歡教籃球的原因。 但沒有場地仍然可以研究，仍然可以借用別人的場地，只是若要用一些器材，或在場地上劃線，提供一些新的嘗試就會好麻煩。 但麻煩並不代表不可取締，所以私人的籃球訓練場並不是必需，而是一種奢侈品。 其實就好像你考慮買一架車一樣，其實從來沒有必須，搭的士也會平過養車吧。 1 個人訓練only，好有 privacy. 相信我會搞一個籃球會ᦁ...

昨天我寫了個電郵給隊友，告訴大家下一個球季我不會參加了。所以下周便是我在澳的老人聯賽的最後一場。我在澳洲也打了四年老人聯賽了！ 作出這個決定的原因是我一直對籃球有太高的要求，希望自己可以打得好，所以做成自己很重的心理壓力。這種壓力使我每逢周三便好有種心緒不寧的感覺，整個人很緊張，脾氣暴燥，原因只是晚上的一場球賽。 我嘗試過不少方法去減輕自己的壓力。我在家中的牆上貼上"If you try your best, leave the rest to God." 希望提醒自己不要過份認真。但不成功。 我嘗試過不斷去訓練自己，一天射500球，每天都在練習，希望自己會打得更好。但由於自己練習這麼多，反而做成更重的心理壓力。就像在對自己說："你練左咁多，你都唔打得好？咁你咪好廢？" 所以練得越多反而壓力越大，比賽時心理壓力大的話，表現就更難好。 有時候練習的確有幫助，比賽時力量和準星都好些。然而比賽的表現又有很多時取決於對手的打法，己隊的策略，所以個人的能力改善並不一定和表現成正比。所以我感覺是練習了也不代表會表現更好。 Really great to have a win last night.
