Monday, April 21, 2008. Roti Prata and Fish Curry. I wasnt feeling too good this weekend. Had a bad ache in my head and neck. Somewhat similar to tension headaches so i was ordered to have full bed rest and my craving for Fish curry with roti prata was fulfilled solely by my husband! Saturday, September 29, 2007. A last minute dish. Alvin and i decided to go grocery shopping on friday instead of saturday this week! I was thinking should i cook now or when i come back? At about 315pm i decided i shld cook now cuz later i will be tired or lazy.so erm yeah suffer now enjoy later.i made chicken pulao, a different variation this time and before 4 i was done! Last minute dish eh! It was raining the entire day and the wind was so strong and chilly. a meaty spicy dish seemed appropriate!

Friday, December 22, 2006. How very very true.indians then were so intelligent! And we the descendants are no less :). The Singapore Zoo is a model of an open zoo concept. The animals are kept in spacious landscaped enclosures, separated from visitors by dry or wet moats. Oppressive cages which typify old zoos are absent. Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Well today i managed to try something different. since i have 2 packets of flat cintan noodles i decided to make use of them in todays' dish. Actually this is my own recipe and it turned out good and its fairly simple in preparing too. 2 red chilli padi. 2 tbsp chilli sauce. 2 tbsp tomato sauce. 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded. Prawns deveined and shelled. Flat noodle (cooked in warm water n drained). 1 Blend the onion and garlic to form a paste. 2In a pan, heat oil and fry paste.

Wednesday, February 28, 2007. Time to get the ball rolling. Its finally time to start preparing for my own wedding :) Turning the calendar to March I realised there isnt much time left. I want to get things settled asap so i can get some peace of mind and be relaxed. So whats left to be done? Disc Jockey Bhangra Dancers. Mehendi Make up and HairDo. Actually i already have a rough idea of the entire ceremony. For Portrait photography this sat I gotta go to Popular studio (Jurong)to talk to them about it.

Saturday, March 22, 2008. Whats been cooking lately. Fishball soup noodle,Chicken n leek , dalcha, pasta linguini, porridge,Khichidi ;) dhall chawal ;). Some without pix too hungry to take snaps lol. Thats wat i made this week. MOJO- Our first Snowman. Its the Easter holidays and most of the fellow singaporeans are out of town making full use of the 4 dyas off. We on the other hand decided not to go anywhere this time round. mainly cuz of me.MIGRAINE ALERT. We made Mojo, our first snowman!
