There is something about the rich broth of home-boiled beans that goes very well with soba noodles and soy sauce (and the beans, of course). I also add any combination of ribbons of carrots, celery, grilled tofu and dress with green onions and sesame seeds. I want to try black soy beans instead. I talked to someone last night about Juice-Fasting, subsisting on juice. Supposedly it gives you energy like none other.
