It was the first development to be built on the east side, and has since spun a ton of other developments out that side. The pool area and restaurant are convenient and the U shape of the complex afford every unit a great view. The management is top notch, and the people who live there love it. Happy Hour for drinks starts at 9pm. February 23, 2009.

It is west of main Cabarete, past Ocean Dream and about 1/2 way between Cabarete and Kite Beach. It is a gated community of 20 residential homes and some apartments at the back.
