Monday, March 18, 2013. Sewing classes at the town-lake YMCA! I am teaching beginning sewing classes at the town lake YMCA in austin starting in April! We are starting with two classes one adult one tween/teen! Both are beginner level classes with an emphasis on Creative reuse of materials! The teen class will start with hand sewing moving into machine projects . The adult class will focus more on machine projects and helping people get comfortable with the machine. I have actually been tea staining paper since I took my first printmaking class many years ago. I just recently decided to try tea staining fabric. With very pleasant results.
