Saturday, July 26, 2008. Food…Food…and More Food. It is official, we will never starve as long as we are in Hawaii. All we have been doing is eating! The food is so good! Kevin relaxing with a full belly. The view from our table at Mama's Fish House. We have also enjoyed fish tacos from little stands on the side of the road…best fish tacos ever with homemade pineapple salsa.yum! We should have bought a couple, it was sad when we ran out and didn’t have any more to go with our morning pot of coffee).

Frank and I have been in Alaska going on 7 years now, 4 years in Juneau and the past 3 years in Hoonah, on Chichagof Island in Southeast Alaska. What an adventure we have been having. Sunday, July 26, 2009. The area was flat with a big area to see around, so it wasn't as bad as I expected, there weren't many places for bears to hide and jump out at me. Frank and I have been in Alaska going on 7 years now, 4 years in Juneau and the past 3 years in Hoonah, on Chichagof Island in Southeast Alaska. What an adventure we have been having. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Harvest of The Sea. It only took us about 20 minutes to get all the clams we needed. Frank raked them up and I gathered, rinsed and put them in a 5lb bucket. The clams will stay in clean saltwater for a couple of days until they spit out all of their sand. Links to this post. Saturday, May 23, 2009.
