I present to you: Five Things I’d Never Done Before I Went to Chillagoe. 1 Seen a wild kangaroo. 4 Counted weir swimming as bathing.

From the land of Oz. Infrequently updated tales of my rainforest semester in Queensland, Australia. A long overdue update. A smattering of photographs. →. November 7, 2009. Sounds wonderful, right? I bet you’re wishing you could hop on a plane right now and begin your own Mabi field work. But really, I kind of love it. Every time I start thinking What in the HELL am I doing here? But just to give my loyal readers some sign of cyber-life, I’m going to whine/write about some of the things going on in lovely Buenos Aires. In related news, there are about 7,000 mosquitoes in my room an...

Wednesday, March 12, 2014. A day with GeeBee! Archers favorite thing to do in Naples. Butterfly Garden of course! And then lunch at the hole in the wall. Which is the farthest thing from a hole in the wall! And last but not least dinner at the dock. The kiddos loved getting to feed the fish! There where easily 100 ready and waiting for the leftover bread! Lunch with the girls. GeeBee treated us to a lovely lunch sans kiddos! We had so much fun at the fashion show! So glad to be in Naples visiting GeeBee!
