August 7, 2014. Since We've Been Back :. In the 3 and a half weeks since we've been back from San Diego we've only spent a handful of days outside. Serious cabin fever here! We returned from San Diego to Smoke :o( It's wildfire season again. Some years are worse then others. This year has been pretty bad, not the worse, but definitely not the best. January 20, 2014. Everything is a Comedy Act}. We are good . busy, but good . just routine. We enjoyed our three day weekend. Caden played - I tried to get caught up on "life" {once one becomes a parent, is that ever possible? We have ZERO snow - which is good! I don't love the snow - however on the other hand Caden is bummed he hasn't been able to make a snow fort this year - and I'm starting to freak out that we are going to dry up this summer and have a ton of forest fires. March 8, 2015. We started the month off with the rest of Washington State . on the Seahawks Bandwagon. And a little Super Bowl watching. Too bad the outcome wasn't in our favor however a lot of teachable parenting moments came from the game ;-). Caden and his best buddy think it is their job to make sure the kids are playing fairly at recess. They also think they need their own playground patrol vests . so the recess lady allowed the two of them to share her vest. {Silly Boys! At our home away from home.

March 17, 2015. Our Witty, Soft-Hearted, Ornery, Sassy, Goofy Kid turned Eight Today! However, we started the birthday fun on Saturday, with his kiddie party. Tuesday, December 8, 2009. We took off for a weekend in Chicago on December 5th. My good little travelers . . . We visited the Children's Museum at Navy Pier again and then it was on to the Winter Wonderland filled with so many lights, trees, rides, bouncehouses, slides, and an ice skating rink. Afterwards we walked down Michigan Avenue and took in all the lights. We ended up at the John Hancock Building. What a beautiful tree! Ainsley all ready Sunday morning to go see Santa! Two great boys and a little lady. Thursday, July 12, 2012. Glorieta, New Mexico! Last Monday we headed out of Seymour at 6 am to go to Glorieta, New Mexico for a week of youth camp/vacation! This little princess saw her first sunrise! We celebrated our arrival at the Holy Grounds with some ice cream! Camp was great - we didn't get to do as many of the activities as I'd hoped - kids under 5 weren't allowed for the worship services, etc. but we still had a good time. We rode paddle boats one hot afternoon.
