Our famous Cadwaladers Vanilla ice cream. Was created by Hannah Cadwalader and was originally made in the window of our Criccieth cafe. Nowadays we make too much ice cream to make it in the shop window but it’s still made in Wales. The recipe is even now to this day, a closely guarded secret made from locally produced ingredients and made with the same Love and Care. That Hannah Cadwalader prided herself on.
