All you can eat. From July 4 to August 28, 2016. Nicole Lacerte and Chantal Gourgue. In 1998, Nicole Lacerte , made her first steps with oil painting . The fluidity of this medium delighted her. Inspired by figurines of dancers, she then creates a series of paintings with fluid lines and soft colors . Today, her characters evolve in a bright and peaceful nature imprint of calm and serenity. Her art full of sweetness and joy of life, reflects her personality.

All you can eat. Café Cognac got it's start as the Dajenais Billiard Room in the forties. In the nineties Pierre and Yves Dajenais gradually transformed the premises into a restaurant and what was initially a snack bar eventually became Café Cognac in 1989. For 16 years (1994-2010) the café is under the management of Jean Legault and his team. In June 2010 Erik Desjardins and Gilles Massé became the operator managers and have since perpetuated the 21 year tradition of Café Cognac.
