This is one of the most common drinks during the festivities. In addition to Sangria a lot of people drink Calimoch, which is a mixture of coca cola and wine. However for those of you with a finer pallet I recommend the following recipe. Sip this sangria slowly to beat the heat of a summer afternoon.

As you may know spanish paella is a dish which can vary depending on the region of Spain it is made in. I hope you enjoy this spanish recipe.
