Fresh • local • seasonal • homemade. We source as many of our products locally. Where there are not local suppliers we buy fairtrade and organic as much as possible. Most of our meat from Williams and Grafton butchers in Mold. All this meat is locally reared and the bacon home cured. The gammon we use in our sandwiches, rarebit and salads comes from these sources and we cook it ourselves and then use the stock to make our delicious pea and ham soup. A Clwydian Range breakfast was served to around 30 accommodation providers and Tourism Ambassadors. At Loggerheads Country Park. The breakfast used only local ingredients from our Food Trail members including bread, honey, top quality bacon and sausages from locally reared pork, free range eggs, apple juice and mushroom jam.
